How to start
There are two ways to start PRH personal development training:
- attending an entry level workshop
- following one-to-one personal accompaniment
Entry level workshops:
For your first PRH experience you have the option to go with the format and material that most interests you.
There are 4 types of entry level workshops run in varying modules each with different subject matter.
- A 1 day retreat that offers a taster of the PRH experience
- A brief 12 hour introductory workshop over 2 days
- A 15 hour introductory workshop over 2½ days
- A 30 hour intensive introductory workshop over 5 days (or 5½ days for those using creative expression)
The entry level workshops that we most recommend are:
- Discovering the Core of My Identity (15 hours)
- Growing in Personal Solidity (15 hours)
- Who Am I? (30 hours)
The other entry level workshops are:
- Finding My Place in Groups (30 hours)
- Listening to the Messages from My Body (30 hours)
- Freeing Life in Me (33 hours)
- Learning to Face my Difficulties more Constructively (12 hours)
One-to-one personal accompaniment:
This option allows the individual to work on their growth, healing and re-education within the framework of a supportive relationship.
It is a self-directed resource that many find invaluable.
Its scope and potential are described through personal experience and case studies within a theoretical framework in the following publication:
When Life Breaks Through - The Dynamics of the PRH Helping Relationship
